Eh non, on n'est plus de la premiere jeunesse depuis le 15 mai. La journee de mes 30 ans s'est tres bien passee malgre l'absence de famille ou d'ami(e)s. Neil m'a payé une journee de princesse (enfin de reine, à mon age) à l'hotel le plus chic de la capitale, Le Royal. Farniente, piscine, massages, buffets delicieux, gateau d'anniversaire et kir royal bien evidemment. Le charme colonial de l'hotel m'a un peu donné la nostalgie de la France avec ses details art deco... Merci à la carte de credit de Neil donc, et à sa maman qui a aussi contribué.
It was Frenchie's birthday, so this time I have just translated word for word that Coralie has written above in French. " I had the best birthday ever. Neil took me to the best hotel in the whole of Cambodia, where I enjoyed a day as a millionairess. We sunned ourselves by the luxury swimming pool, ate fabulous French food and I was pampered in the hotel spa. I wasn't looking forward to being 30 but, i am now really glad, just because I had such a fun-tastic day. I am the happiest girl in the world."
